The 10 × 24 m starting model loads three industrial doors and verified geometry that you can continue to change.

The load-bearing structure consists of five transverse steel frames at six-metre centres. The 240 m² floor area creates a clear service space with three sectional overhead doors for vehicle access.
The mono-pitch roof with a 5° pitch consists of 120 mm insulated sandwich panels in RAL 9006, while the wall cladding uses 100 mm panels in RAL 9007. The design includes three sectional overhead doors, two personnel doors and seven openable plastic-framed windows. This is a study; the final member sizes, foundations, anchorage and fire-safety design will be determined by the subsequent specialist design. Lifts, inspection pits, extraction, services and storage of operating substances are not part of the starting study.
