What the starting model actually contains.

The description is based on the issued template and verified model documentation. Detailed technical assessment belongs to the relevant specialists.

Technical design of the model

The load-bearing structure consists of eleven transverse steel frames at six-metre centres. The clear internal space of 1,440 m² is ready for storage, handling and dispatch along the nine loading-bay doors.

The mono-pitch roof with a 2° pitch consists of 120 mm insulated sandwich panels in RAL 9006, while the wall cladding uses 100 mm panels in RAL 9007. The design includes nine sectional overhead doors, two personnel doors and six translucent elements. This is a study; the final member sizes, foundations, anchorage and fire-safety design will be determined by the subsequent specialist design. The third image is an AI-generated product visualisation, not a photograph of a completed building.

Racking and handling technology require a separate design.

The starting model does not specify the type of racking, floor load capacity, loading docks or automation. These elements must be developed for the specific logistics operation.

Can I change the number and position of the industrial doors?

Yes. The Studio allows you to adjust the openings. Their final position must nevertheless be checked against vehicle routes, fire safety and the structure.

Does the model also design the storage racking?

No. The model addresses the basic form of the hall. The racking system, floor and handling equipment must be designed separately.

Is the hall ready for future expansion?

The model can be adjusted dimensionally, but the specific direction and method of expansion must take the site, transport and structural solution into account.
