What the starting model actually contains.

The description is based on the issued template and verified model documentation. Detailed technical assessment belongs to the relevant specialists.

Technical design of the model

The load-bearing structure consists of five transverse steel frames at six-metre centres. The 576 m² floor area provides standalone office facilities with a prominently glazed entrance area and regular bands of windows.

The mono-pitch roof with a 5° pitch consists of 120 mm insulated sandwich panels in RAL 9006, while the wall cladding uses 100 mm panels in RAL 7016. The design includes 35 openable aluminium windows and two openable glazed aluminium doors. This is a study; the final member sizes, foundations, anchorage and fire-safety design will be determined by the subsequent specialist design. The third image is an AI-generated product visualisation, not a photograph of a completed building.

The internal layout is not part of the basic study.

The model does not define partitions, acoustics, ventilation or the requirements of individual workstations. These elements belong in the architectural and technical design.

Can the amount of glazing be changed?

Yes. You can adjust the windows and doors in the Studio. The final extent must be checked by an architect with regard to daylight, overheating and energy performance.

Does the model include office partitions?

No. The starting model describes the building envelope. The internal layout must be designed according to the number of people and the way they work.

Can the study be used for planning permission?

No. It is a decision-making study. Documentation for approval must be prepared by a suitably qualified design professional in accordance with local requirements.
