How HallConcept processes data, uses Google Analytics and lets you change consent across the website and Studio.
Controller and contact
The controller is the HallConcept operator. Details and contact information for privacy questions and requests are available on the operator page linked below.
Operating the service
The website and Studio provide free hall design and document generation without an account or payment. Studio sends technical design parameters to our API for processing. Do not include personal or confidential data in a design. Operating the service requires processing network data and security logs; protecting and securing the service is the operator's legitimate interest. Analytics consent is not a condition of using Studio.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept do we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. We measure visits, general interactions, model and Studio openings and progress towards downloading documents. Google processes online identifiers, device and network connection data. We do not send design contents, contact details, internal identifiers, URL query parameters or fragments. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. The legal basis for this analytics is your consent.
Storing your choice and cookies
Your browser stores your choice under hallconcept:souhlasy for up to 180 days. The website and Studio on the same domain share it. After consent, GA4 may set _ga and _ga_* cookies configured to expire within 180 days. Without consent we do not load Google Analytics. The colour scheme is stored separately under hallconcept-theme and is not deleted when consent changes.
Analytics data retention
GA4 retention for individual user and event data is set to 2 months without resetting on new activity. Aggregated standard reports may be retained longer; this setting does not apply to them.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting stops analytics and removes analytics cookies; the page may reload. Studio remains available. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If your browser cannot retain the choice, analytics stays off.
Recipients and transfers
We use Railway hosting to operate the service and an email provider for correspondence. After consent, Google also receives analytics data. Its processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area subject to appropriate legal safeguards. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without losing service features. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your competent supervisory authority. We may need proportionate verification to identify the data concerned by your request.
